NCTS5 Issue & Actions to Take

We have been made aware of an issue following the release of NCTS5.

HMRC has confirmed the cause is due to LRNs created in NCTS4 before the switchover to the new service. These entries cannot be processed on NCTS 5 and the declarant must create a new declaration in NCTS5 and resubmit.
