The BIFA Freight Service Awards competition is now in its 35th year and is open to all full trading and probationary members.

The Awards comprise 9 business categories plus the Apprentice of the Year category and the Young Freight Forwarder (YFF) category.

The event has long been sponsored by eminent companies, and is recognised as one of the most prestigious in the industry.

The competition encourages and rewards high standards and professionalism, representing the ultimate recognition of special achievements in different sectors of the industry.

Past finalists and winners have felt very proud of their certificates and trophies, as well as benefiting from enhanced company profiles through substantial media coverage in the trade press, and high visibility at the awards ceremony itself.

The competition culminates in a ceremony, which over the years, has become an established annual event in the industry calendar.

2022 Awards Ceremony

The BIFA Freight Service Awards 2022 competition culminated in a glittering Luncheon Ceremony on Thursday 19th January 2023 at The Brewery, in the City of London. Featuring a sleek new look in blue and gold, the BIFA Freight Service Awards luncheon ceremony took place at the Brewery in central London hosted by football legend, Kevin Keegan.

The ceremony celebrated the 46 finalists in 11 categories with the presentation on stage of certificates to the nominated representative of each company. After a wonderful lunch and a truly entertaining speech by Kevin Keegan, the sponsors of each award took to the stage to announce the winners.
