CDS Data Requirements Form

The information required to complete an import customs declaration is changing as part of the implementation of the Customs Declaration Service (CDS). This form lays out the main changes that will affect you and your business. This information will be required by anyone completing an import declaration on CDS on your behalf. You may need to review your procedures and supply chain to take account of these changes to remain compliant.
