• DE 3/15 Importer Name and Address, and DE 3/16 Importer Identification Number – Changes to guidance relating to UKIMS and the declaration of a GB EORI on NI movements

When declaring NIQUO in DE 2/2 on a RoW-NI movement, the free text field should be left blank and the UK quota order number declared in DE 8/1. The free text field only needs completing for NIQUO on GB-NI movements.
