Following the initial announcement related to the implementation of NCTS 5, HMRC has released further Phase 5 information related to data submission requirements.
Following the UK switch to NCTS5 on 16 November 2023, there may be some additional data items that need to be included in a transit declaration. Also, there are some data items that are optional in NCTS4 which will now be required in NCTS5.
