DEFRA – IPAFFS User Research

DEFRA is seeking participants to take part in a research related to the development of the import notifications system associated to the Common Health Entry Document (CHED). Please see below the DEFRA invite message for more information.

DEFRA is working on the development of the import notifications system and looking for businesses who import goods which require a Common Health Entry Document (CHED).

You may work as an importer yourself, or as an agent working on behalf of importers.

We are hoping to speak with the following businesses who:

The session will last for 60mins on Microsoft Teams, and we have availability running from Tuesday 21st – Tuesday 28th November. You will need to take part via a desktop/ laptop computer.

If you are interested in taking part, please contact Cathryn Innocent via cathryn.innocent@defra.gov.uk with the following information:

  • Your availability between Tuesday 21st – Tuesday 28th November
  • The ports you use when importing goods in to GB.
