HMRC is seeking participants to take part in a research related to the development of the Goods Vehicle Movement Service. The aim is to better understand the needs of those that use GVMS and the ways in which the service can be improved for users.
The research will involve a total of 45 interviews with businesses, undertaken towards the end of November and through December. Within this 45, HMRC is looking to speak with a range of different type of businesses, including a mixture of UK-based and non-UK-based businesses.
