HMRC is seeking participants to take part in testing new GVMS features and assist with understanding how the design can be improved
Please see the HMRC invitation letter below:
GVMS User Research and Usability Testing
We’re testing new GVMS features with Hauliers who move goods from GB-NI to understand how we can improve the design. We need to speak to people who are responsible for the creation / management / editing of GMRs. Our aim is to make sure the GMR journey is quick and easy for users who are moving goods from GB-NI.
Who we want to speak to
- Hauliers who move goods between GB-NI
- SPS hauliers who move goods between GB-NI
We want to try to find users we haven’t spoken to before. This ensures we are designing services that work well for everyone.
What’s involved?
We’ll be running:
- Informal interviews – so we can understand what you need from the service
- Usability testing sessions on the new design – so we know how to improve it
Sessions can range from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
We welcome all feedback.
