HMRC has announced further updates related to the forthcoming implementation of charges when importing SPS goods to the UK from the 30 April 2024.
The update provides information on:
– CUC charges and calculation
– Importer / Agent Billing – responsibility and payment instructions
– Ways to pay the charges

In addition, the authorities published the charges for checks at Border Control Posts (BCP) for:
– Plant health import checks
– Checks on live animal consignments from non-EU countries
