Please be advised that the waiver for Safety and Security declaration (ENS) requirement for goods imported from the EU has been extended from 31 October 2024 to 31 January 2025, as announced by HMRC on 3 October 2024.
The implementation of a reduced ENS declaration dataset and the first release of the Single Trade Window to support the Safety and Security functionality are also being postponed until 31 January 2025.
