Defra would like to invite Members to share feedback on a new service known as ‘Clone a Certificate’. This allows the direct cloning of Digital Export Health Certificates from TRACES into IPAFFS, specifically for live animals arriving into GB.
Users are invited to share their feedback on this service, so DEFRA can identify improvements for the future. The survey completion estimated to take around 3 minutes and it’s recommended shortly after trialling the service.
To be suitable, Members need to:
- Import live animals into GB from EU member states that use TRACES
- Use IPAFFS to submit import notifications
Please watch a full video walkthrough for CHED A and cloning a certificate here: CHED-A: How to make a CHED-A import notification on IPAFFS (youtube.com) or Members can skip straight to the cloning demo at 11 minutes 50 seconds.
To share your feedback on the new service, please complete the survey HERE.
