BIFA Will Be Returning to Multimodal 11-13th June 2024!

The British International Freight Association (BIFA) and its Freight Village will once again be taking centre stage at this year’s Multimodal 2024 exhibition and conference.

For the fourth year running, the BIFA Forwarder Village will provide a networking marketplace for BIFA members and associate members to showcase the products and services they offer.

Visitors to the BIFA Freight Village, which will include BIFA’s exhibition stand (2060), and bespoke Logistics Services Provider Pods (Logpods), will be able to learn more about the workings of the trade association, and the benefits of being a member.

They will also be able to discuss their day-to-day freight forwarding requirements with nearly 40 BIFA members and associated businesses that have booked a logpod.

BIFA’s policy and compliance team will have a presence across all three days of the show, to answer visitors’ questions and deliver guidance on the issues facing the freight and logistics sector.

The trade association’s training team will also be on hand to demonstrate its ever-increasing portfolio of training services.

Visitors will also be able to find out more about the benefits of membership, as well as what BIFA is doing to engage with its members via such initiatives as its Young Forwarder Network, regional meetings, and annual hallmark events, such as its Business Leaders Forums.

Multimodal is firmly established as the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe’s premier freight transport, logistics and supply chain management event, and BIFA has been present since the start.

This year, Multimodal 2024 celebrates 17 years of introducing shippers and cargo owners to exhibitors in a face-to-face environment where they share and explore new and innovative ways to improve their supply chains, make them more sustainable and make cost savings.

Multimodal 2024 represents every logistics sector under one roof and is characterised by key vertical sectors whilst horizontally covering all modes of transportation, making it incredibly valuable and accessible for shippers – whilst also affording them the opportunity to successfully meet and network with peers from other sectors, which is another key reason for attendance.

Multimodal 2024 will also deliver a bespoke series of conferences, across four theatres, targeted at helping supply chains run more sustainably and more efficiently, as well as offering two networking events, the Multimodal Awards, and the Multimodal Mixer.

The conference programme for Multimodal 2024 has now been published, covering vital issues affecting the industries involved in supply chain management and logistics, and offering something for every genre.

Multimodal 2024 enables us to deliver advice designed to help deal with the big issues, so make sure you come to our stand in the BIFA Freight Village and have a chat.
