Member Survey: State of Sustainability Report

In response to suggestions from Members, BIFA has teamed up with carbon emissions measurement software provider, Pledge, to create a report that provides insights on action members are taking to promote more sustainable supply chains.

Sustainability issues are becoming increasingly influential in how Members conduct their daily business. Members in the Association’s Sustainability Policy Group have raised various issues surrounding this complex and varied subject.

To gain a better understanding of the challenges that Members are facing in their day-to-day business activities, BIFA invites you to participate in our ‘State of Sustainability’ survey, in conjunction with the carbon reporting platform provider, Pledge!

Your input is vital in painting a clearer picture of how our industry can effectively transition towards sustainability.

The resulting report will offer insights into the current sustainability practises within our industry, identify key areas for improvement, and inform practical steps towards a more sustainable future for freight forwarding.

To participate, please answer the questionnaire linked below! All answers are confidential and anonymous. No company names or identifiable details will be published as part of the report.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!

Next Steps

We plan to publish the report at the start of June 2024. By contributing, you will be helping to provide a clearer picture of where the industry currently stands on sustainability and what needs to be done to become more sustainable in a measured and practical way.
