Employing Apprentices – The Secret To Success

Have you considered recruiting apprentices but are put off by red-tape? Join us as we talk about our own experience of the process and find out just how easy it actually is.
BIFA is hosting this online session aimed at SMEs, who may be thinking about hiring apprentices, but need some help navigating the apprenticeship landscape.
You will hear all about BIFA’s own experiences, employing an apprentice for the first time in 2022 and how we have made it work.
We hope to give you confidence of how to go about:
• Planning apprentice positions into the business
• Recruitment tips
• School engagement
• Onboarding
• Line management
The event will be hosted by Carl Hobbis, Executive Director at BIFA with guest speakers Natalie Pitts, Communications Manager and our Communications Apprentice, Brooke Neilson. There will be a Q&A at the end of the presentation.
