About Kelly:
Kelly is the founder of Shape Tomorrow, a consultancy that helps businesses develop their brand strategy and embed sustainability into their day-to-day ways of working. Kelly began her international logistics career back in 2005 as a Marketing Manager and has become a respected female leader within the industry, most recently as Marketing Director for Ligentia.

Outside of marketing, Kelly has always been passionate about positive impact and has continued to expand her learning with additional qualifications in sustainability leadership and change management, as well as joining logistics charity Transaid as an ambassador. Kelly also regularly lectures at The University of Leeds and is an active supporter of their Leaders in Residence and Mentor programme.
